I understand the word meditation in several different ways. It can be a word referring to the quieting of thoughts as much as a very active state of being that seeks answers to questions from a 'higher self'. It can also be focusing on music and letting the body move freely or going through the 'I am grateful...' list while walking in nature.

Helsinki 2013. I asked both the 'higher self' and the spirit world what is synonymous with Christ energy, i.e. healing white energy and for me it looks a little bit crystalline, too.
I am not a follower of any particular religion or philosophy, but this is a familiar term because I come from a family where an esoteric spirituality and Lutheran Christianity have been the basis of beliefs.
As often in my dreams or 'active meditations', which are important to remember, words started coming towards me, writing that shone bright white. This is how the list started. It was still going on, but I had to write these down so I wouldn't forget them.
Chi, Qi, Ki: Universal energy or Life force
Ki from Japan conveys a meaning of spirit, energy, power, or air. The rei part in Reiki (the Japanese energy healing technique), meaning universal spirit, and ki, meaning vital life force or energy.
Chi or Qi from China is considered vital energy for medical treatment and self defense. Traditional Chinese medicine recognizes chi as subtle energy, which is available in three forms: Jing, Shen, and Qi relating to growth, spiritual awakening, and strength.
Kundalini
Kundalini is defined as a powerful, dormant energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, represented as a coiled serpent. When awakened, this energy is said to travel up through the spinal column, activating the seven chakras or energy centers.
This ascension can lead to profound physical, emotional, and spiritual transformations, including enhanced vitality, increased mental clarity, and a heightened state of consciousness. The awakening of Kundalini is considered powerful due to its transformative potential, enabling us to realize and harness our full inner strength and wisdom.
Ayurveda
Ayurvedic medicine is a system of traditional medicine native to India, which uses a range of treatments, including panchakarma ('5 actions'), yoga, massage, acupuncture and herbal medicine, to encourage health and wellbeing. Hindu's consider universal energy Prana as encoded intelligence, which shapes and sustains life. They see universal energy as the principle of life that moves across the human body.
Bodhisattva
Bodhi means “enlightenment” and sattva is “being”. Different Buddhist sects have a little bit different meaning for it, but the base is the same. As I understand it, the basic idea is that the knowledge comes from the inside when we are searching for the 'truths of life'. And even broader: Everyone who studies or is a follower of religion, philosophy or belief system and is open for the 'Truth'. What ever it is for them. This word I didn't remember knowing at all. Ayurveda I had heard but didn't know what it meant.
Lucifer
This was a really surprising name on my list and it was mentioned two times, probably to underline that it is meant to be there, not misunderstanding, so I respect what was given. I found one explanation on Catholic.com. The Bible uses it as a symbol for Jesus Christ in the book of revelation. 'I Jesus have sent my angel to you with this testimony for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright morning star.' (Rev 22:16) Some early Bishops bore this name. Also for Muslims Jesus was a prophet or messenger of God.
'Morning star', 'Light bearer' or planet Venus must have been part of paganism beliefs before Christianity and therefore later understood as the proud fallen angel. Perhaps pagan polytheism, this tenaciously living belief system, needed to be demonized. It wasn't until around 400 AD that Catholics, Protestants or Jews started calling Lucifer Satan. After all, there was only one God, not several, and this planet, the most brilliant in the sky after the sun and the moon, just refused to dim its light and trying to rise above the God himself?
This short list covered the references to the most common beliefs, religions or philosophies and give the means to awaken or amplify this omnipresent Christ energy, however it is called. Powerful meditation that gave some pieces to the puzzle called 'my personal beliefs'. Could the unifying factor be hands-on or faith healing in all of them?
